Together with new and improved RayTracing, Global Illumination and Ramsis functionality we have also integrated, for the first time, the new HDR Light Studio plugin.

This plugin allows you to create HDR lighting environments directly in RTT DeltaGen for realtime viewing and modification. Generate creative lighting effects comparable to those of a photographic studio, while quickly and simply placed light sources provide optimal illumination and reflections with minimal effort. Installing the RTT DeltaGen DVD is not enough…

… if you want to use the new HDR Light Studio plugin. A separate license is required, as this product is provided by a 3rd party supplier. As RTT customer, you will get this free of charge, however, a quick licensing process is needed to get you up and running! Just some background information:

• Customers having purchased RTT DeltaGen will get free licenses for the HDR Light Studio plug-in.
• You are entitled to as many plugin licenses as you have RTT DeltaGen licenses – if node locked or floating.
• The licenses for this plugin are “node-locked“ and “user-locked“, which means they can only be used by one user on one system.

Quick steps to obtain your HDR Light Studio licenses

• License requests should not be handled by each end user individually, but the company’s “license addressee(s)”, responsible for the RTT software licenses. Therefore, RTT will provide one login per licensee addressee in each company.
• The license process will be managed online. The license addressee should go to http://licensing.rtt.ag to log in. The login information will be sent in due course in a separate email.
• In order to request licenses, so-called “key files” need to be uploaded, which are automatically created when the HDR Light Studio plugin is started for the first time. Detailed information will be provided on the website that the license addressee will be directed to.
